Refund and Returns Policy

f you don’t like something you’ve bought from us you have 30 days (from the date of delivery) to initiate a return or exchange request. Orders are not returnable after 30 days. We do not refund the original postage paid. 

Returns Process

To start a return or exchange please email us the following:

  • Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.
  • Indicate reason for return.
  • State if you would like a refund or exchange.

Once the email is received, we will be able to provide you with the address to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product/s.

Please email us the tracking number for the returned product/s, this helps us to process your return as soon as possible.

Items must be received in NEW & UNUSED condition

Item Condition

Items must be received in resellable condition

At our discretion, items returned that do not meet the above conditions may incur a restocking fee of 25-100%. 

Return Shipping

    We do not cover return postage. Please see Damaged/Defective items section if applicable

    Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service

    Buyers may request a return label, in which case the price of the label will be agreed upon and deducted from the refund amount

    Exchanges

    If you bought an item in error or the item was damaged during shipping but you still want it, please contact us for exchange options.
